I remember that John would always included a call to home on his lunch break.
That impressed me about him. His patients were very blessed to have him as their nurse.

A favorite person to work with when I floated to his floor; also fun to have him live near us in inner south east and talk about our local commonalities. His patients were lucky to have his guiding hand looking out for them. I always loved the way he made time at lunch every day to call home and see how Miriam was getting along with her day...very special!

I worked at KP, though not directly with John. Every time our paths crossed, I was always reminded of what a sweet man he was. Friendly, funny, and a pleasure to work with. My sincere condolences to his family.
