Kirk Dean Obituary

Date of Death: 02/01/2026
Kirk passed away peacefully at the age of 97, in Portland, the city of his birth and life. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, and friend to many. He attended Grant Highschool and Lewis & Clark College and was in the US Army during the Korean War. He became a home builder and built many beautiful houses in Humphrey Park, Hartung Farms, and other places around SW Portland. He is survived by daughter Laurie Bigoni, and sons James, Bruce and Steven Dean, as well as by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren, and by his long-time friend and partner, Barbara Blakesley. We all know he loved us. He will be missed, but always remembered.
