Mr. John was a true friend to my Daddy, A C Blackmon, they both drove cab for SouthWind Cab Co. in the 60´s. He could keep you laughing and he loved to sing. On November 3,2020. I had the opportunity to pick Mr. John up take him to the polls to vote. He was interviewed by CBS News. He sho nuff was the hit of the show Selma that aired on BET, March 3,2021. Check him out. My heart and prayers are with the family.
