John A. Polack, of Hephzibah GA passed away unexpectedly at his home, due to a fall.
John was born to Andrew and Marie Polack on July 12,1956, both his parents had predeceased John.
John is survived by his loving wife Kathryn M Polack, his daughter and 2 sons, and grandchildren.
John retired from the U.S. Army here at Ft.Gordon, and remained here until his untimely death.
