John Redmond Price, 76, passed away on August 12, 2025. He was born to the late Ruth A. and Fred Price Sr. on June 16, 1949 in Sevierville, Tennessee.
John loved to fish and learning about military history, as he served our country in the military.
In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth G. Price, and siblings, Ann McMillan, Sally Frock, and Fred Price Jr.
He is survived by his son, Sam (Amy) Blankenship, granddaughters, Gracie and Abby Blankenship, and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Ridge Sanctuary with Sam Blankenship and Pastor Mike Davis officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm prior to the service.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Shiloh Memorial Cemetery in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
