Hey Baby time is going so fast. Its almost the end of June. The garden is really taking off. We r in a nasty hear wave right now high temps and high humidity. Yuck. The 2 huskies are long hair. Way more hair than Bentley believe it or not! The current Zeus got his hind foot caught in the metal fence around the yard and cried worse than Billy getting his nails cut! Not too much new Fireatone is getting ready to change the turbobooster for the 3rd time. Mayb they get it right!
I so wish you could meet these 2. I got really lucky with them. They r so chill and know basic commands and r house trained.
I miss you all the time. Whether its just random day to day things or bigger things.

Hey sweetie, Thinking of you today! There is so much going on in the world at the moment that I so wish I could talk you about.Doug is on a week's break from work and in Queensland with Danny at the moment at least it's a lot warmer there than here at home ,we have had some really very cold nights ,we have had to put covers over the garden the frost has been really bad, the wood heater has been working over time. Ash had a painting class at her place and invited me and Doug and a few other people to come along , there was a lady there who teaches people to paint step by step on canvas and the painting we did was of a King Parrot, I remember how much you loved those when we went to Grants ,so you were absolutely there with us when Doug and I painted this Parrot. I was so nervous , the lady had carming music on playing softly in the background while she guided us through the steps and colours ,it really made me relax and as I started painting I found it so much fun and so addictive that I'm thinking down the line that I will give it another go . I will add the painting ,it's not bad for my first time. I spent 3 days in the pop room last week taking down some pops and putting them up in another part of the room ,Doug and I bought another large dvd book shelf to put in that room ,I then sorted out all our DVDs in Alphabetical order, a huge job but it's all done and looks really good. I got my Michael mask from the lost boys the other day and it looks great ,exactly like him ,still waiting on David hopefully not much longer. Please give Ben Ben's and Zeus and our fur babies also, cuddles and kisses from us ,we love and miss you all so very much.

Hey sweetie, In another 2 weeks we will be at the start of our winter,we are already getting a lot of frost and very cold nights but Unfortunately not a lot of rain so hopefully that will change soon. Collingwood is on top of the footy ladder at the moment! They have been winning a lot of games ,every time they play I think of mum and you up in heaven cheering them on. Remember how we use to listen to Mr Ballen! just recently I've started listening to him again ,it really helps me get through the day while I'm doing things around the house,I'm so glad you told me about him he has some amazing stories. Doug and I are going to a concert tonight ,to see the Ten Tennors ,I think you would like their music, they have an amazing vocal range and harmony which I know you liked. Sure do miss talking with you so very much Johnny ,please give Ben Ben's and Zeus cuddles and kisses from us ,we miss you so very much and talk often about the fun times we all had when you were home.

Hey Baby.
Got 2 new very furry additions to the family! I adopted 2 huskys! What was i thinking?! They r brothet and sister and never been seperated.
Bentley and Zeus momma will always love you but these 2 might not have made it much longer where they were. I will never forget you guys the B and Z crew! The boy is also named Zeus and i think he is gonna b trouble just like i thought of you! Daddy set me straight. He is no more trouble than you were sweet buddy boy. Bentley Sascha looks like you somewhat but you had that wolf look down! I will never replace either of you guys in my heart just my heart got bigger 2 include 2 more. Sascha and Zeus are a handful but you know i am up for the chalenge! You boys gave us a run for the money but you were totally worth it. I hope you can open your hearts to these new babies who needed a home as much as you guys did.
Sorry Baby just had 2 talk 2 the boys.
Its been busy here lots of new things replaced and its growing season again. So wish you and i could enjoy this togther but fate and God had other plans.
I still talk 2 you i hope u can still hear me.

Hey sweetie, Another month has gone by so fast. I was looking through some photos on my phone this morning and came across the ones you sent me of all the pops you had so beautifully stacked up against a wall ,you were so proud of all the ones you had and you were always so happy that you could display them ,I still have all of mine displayed they mean so much to me and from time to time I go and look at them, especially when I'm having a really sad day thinking about you ,I sit in my pop room along with my other collectables remembering all the good times we had collecting our pops,this room is defenetly my happy place ,we spent many hours talking on Skype in this room ,I miss that so very much Johnny .Susie sent me a tracking number this morning for a package she's sending for mine and Dougs birthdays coming up soon which is so very sweet.
Russ took me into Dandenong the other day to renew my driver's licence, we can't do it at the post office in Berwick anymore so have to drive a few towns away to do it and I don't like driving that much these days especially in really busy places.please give the boys and all our fur babies big cuddles and kisses from us, love and missing you all so very much.

Its been a while since I said Hi. Its hard not talking and its been hard since you have been gone. I have my Masters Degree now no more school for a long time at least. Time sure does fly. Chrissey is almost 24. Jim Jr (BJ) just turned 26. Seems like yesterday they were 3 and 5 starting preschool and kindergarten. Amy is going to be joining you soon, her fight with colon cancer is almost over. So both my best friends will be gone. Its really hard and going to get harder but I know you guys will be watching over me and I am gonna try hard to make you proud.
Ill try to check in more often too. Miss you always.

Hey Baby sorry this is late. You prob know whats up with the truck. I hope the new place can fix ir bacl the way it was. Deb sent a photo album for the boys. I forgot how small Zeus was and just how blue Sir Bentlets eyes were. I think you and he had the nicest eyes. The color was fabulous! Its my bday today and for once no snow! I had steak and loaded waffle chips. Due to my diet now no more mozx sticks but i did find a pizza i can eat hopefully it will taste good. Every once in s while i think about when u were sick and had 2 have turkeys burgers while i had mcdonalds. Its like fate said haha now its your turn! I am still looking for a new fur baby and could use yours and the boys help. Let me know if you all approve the next one. You were so right about Zeus. I trust you to do the same with the new baby.
Its still hard making decisions without you. We wete a good team.

Hey Sweetie, Over 12 years ago ,I was looking for a good Vaccum cleaner,I mentioned to you that my old one stopped working and straight away you got on line and researched into helping me find another good one and in no time you found a Shark upright,it had great reviews saying it was great for removing pet hair.So I went out the next day and bought it and it did a great job for so many years but unfortunately on Thursday half way through vaccuming it decided to stop working and like you taught me ,I did my research for 3 days with much frustration and so wishing you could have helped me, you always made it fun , I finally found one and we are picking it up tomorrow it's a really good brand as well and hope it last as long as the Shark. It's 11.35pm here and 87 degrees and very windy ,the other day it was cold we almost had to have the heater on ,we are in our last week of summer can't wait till it's over. I went into the Geelong pop culture web site just like we use to do, about a week ago and for the first time since you've been gone I bought 2 masks from the Movie The Lost Boys the masks are of David ( Kiether sutherland) as a vampire and the guy who plays Michael as a vampire they are on pre order so won't get them till the end of April can't wait. We really miss talking with you about everything that's going on right now . Please give Ben Ben's and Zeus and all our fur babies a big cuddles and kisses from us ,missing you all so very much.

Hey Baby. Man the days are going so fast. Jan is over half done. We had a wicked cold snap well below zero. Brrr!
I am going to the shelter this weekend and looking at a pretty 10month old boy. He has a small medical condition that requires a powder.on his food. But nothing else.he loves to play ball! Sure.could use your arm!
Boys Mommy and Daddy love you bunches.but its just Mommy here now. I miss you all so much. Its harder.this time of year the days are short dark and cold. I could use a buddy to hang with. He doesnt look like.either of you but his playful spirit reminds me of all the babies. He looks kinda goofy with one ear up and one down! We always got the goofy ones didnt we! I wouldnt change a thing about that. We had a lot of really good dogs over the years. I know you will.be helping me settle.him in and showing him the ropes! Its gonna be tough when he does something to not share with you but i hope you keep an eye out. I think the hardest part is not having you here with me saving one more baby.

Hey Sweetie, We are nearly at the end of the first month of 2025 it's gone so fast already. It's a cooler day here today which is a welcoming relief from the really hot weather we have had in the last few days,can't wait for our summer to be over. Last weekend we went to Grants to have lunch it's still not an easy place to visit knowing how much you loved going there but we feel you there with us Johnny every time we go, we had such good times there didn't we! Nina and Tash told us about another Restaurant not to far from Grants called Dudley's, nice place with really yummy food it's in a town that has some lovely second hand shops which we love. Thinking of you and missing you every day please give Bentley and Zeus big cuddles and kisses from us and if you see our little Bella please give her kisses and cuddles and tell her mummy and Daddy love and miss her so very much.

So sorry Baby i just saw my Christmas message didnt go thru.
Merry Christmas Baby and Boys! I know Santa found you two and i can imagine the mess of the shreded papers! How i missed being able to share Christmas with you and your Daddy. I hope you have gotten the chance to meet your cousin Bella by now. Hope the doorman is opening any doors for you.
We went to dads and had a seafood bake. It was different but good. I still cant gey over how fast the years go. 4 Christmass already. Where did it go?
Its new years eve already another new year. I am gonna try to make a resolution to quit smoking all the way. I remember when i quit b4 and how you talked me thru the rough daya.i really miss talking with you about everyday things. I do talk out loud to you and the boys especially when i see or hear something i would have shared.

This is our fourth Christmas without you Johnny ,we still miss being on Skype with you, Susie and the boys opening presents , such fun times and treasured memories.This morning while we were having coffee Doug and I were talking about all the places that we all went to when you were home with us and how much fun we had.Russ came over today with little Luna , Doug and I bought her a mouse and a soft fluffy ball for Christmas she loved playing with them,having Luna here today helped me and Doug a lot she's such a sweet cat ,we all had a really lovely time together. Our first Christmas without our little Bella was hard as it will be for Susie today without the boys but we take comfort with all the wonderful memories that you and the boys left us.

Hey Baby we got some white stuff on the ground and we have bitter cold weather for a few days. I remeber how you would hibernate when it was nasty out!
I cant believe its been 3 years. This time of year makes me miss you so much. How we would give the boys their gifts and laugh at how they ripped the paper apart and waited for the next gift!

Happy Birthday Sweetie! I picture you surrounded by family and friends and Sir Bentley and Zeus giving you lots of Doggy Kisses. I made crumbed pork chops last night! Yes sweetie it's still on the menu at least once a week ,you taught me to make them so tender and yummy when you were home ,Doug really loves them to. Halloween was another big success this year we had 600 show up ,it was lots of fun,I sent a lot of photos and a clip to Susie just like I use to send them to you. Doug and I went up to Grants last weekend for lunch the restaurant has new owners now and the menu is so much better,they still have the Vanilla slices that you loved so much so we bought some to take home with us .We didn't see your favourite cockatoo Hurley, I'm always looking out for him or her when we go but unfortunately they no longer have the bird feeding area,the cockatoos were doing to much damage,so sad to see,I remember all the wonderful Birds we saw and that landed on us when you me and mum were there for your Birthday. Very hot here today with a high fire warning and we are still in our spring really dreading summer! Christmas is just around the corner, it's our 3rd one without you and our first one without Our beautiful Bella.We miss you so very much Johnny ,Hugs,Kisses, Love ya Bunches always.

Happy BDay Baby! My dad says Happy BDay also. Its not too cold out and no snow so far. I went 2 Wagon Train and hot some burnt ends and so coleslaw. The cornbread looked and smelled.so good. I still cant believe you and Hector ate a pan in one nite! I cant eat it anymore but i still remeber how good it was!
I am thinking about looking 4 a puppy.soon. Ed and Joann got a 3yr old beagle and she is so cute! I wonder who would.have been louder Hope or Zeus! It would have been nice having someone close when he did his daily here i am world!
I just cant beleive the time moves so faat. This ia the 2nd BDay without you. I bet Sir Bentley and Zeus gave u lots of kisses!
I am trying 2 quit smoking. Its been going okay. I gave patches. I think i may b able to do it 4 real this time.
I am working about 70hrs a week now. Went from 0 overtime to 30hrs a week! It wont last long so i am taking advantage!

Hey Baby we got 7 new windows downstairs. They came with screens! So exciting.
The garden has been pulled for the year. We had a good haul again this year. I know you would have been impressed. We gave away more than we used. Of course!
I need your help thursday. I have not been feeling well for a couple of weeks amd i lost weight too. I am going to the doctors and i am uneasy about what they r gonna find. Please look down and give me a hug. I always loved your hugs. I dont know how you did it but they always made me feel safe and loved.

Hey Sweetie, yesterday here was the 21st of Oct it was Bella's Birthday she would have been 16 it's still very much a every day struggle not having her here with us, we miss her terribly .Your favourite red rose bush is now starting to flower and looks so bright and Beautiful. Not long now it will be Halloween and we have been very busy getting every thing ready ,we are expecting so many more people to come through this year.You were here for one of our Halloweens ,we handed out candy but never decorated which we so regret, you would love all the decorations we have now. Every day now I play all the fantastic songs you put onto a USB stick for me when you were home,most of the songs are songs that you grew up with over the years that I had never heard but now love. Listening to some of the songs helps me through my day as I feel like you're still here and speaking to me some how. Doug and I think and talk about you often and miss you so very much.

Hey Baby. Its fall here and the trees r turning color. So pretty. And of course the apple cider donuts! Yummy! Kinda glad they only come out once a year though that makes them special. Of course pumpkin spice is everywhere. Too much. Pumpkin popcorm yuck! Garden is winding down. Only a few plants left. The red raspberries are going crazy! A bowl a day.
Still waiting on the windows to be delivered and then installed. Hope they are delivered this week.
Work is getting busy with year end already. We r way behind in geting equip prices so i am way bhind in pds. Oh well. I am studying everyday 4 the test. If i pasd and get promoted i may just b able to retire early. Hoping for 2 years from now.
It will b bittersweet with you and the boys not here. We could have spent so much time togethet just hanging out or day trips.

Hey sweetie, It's Spring time here and everything is growing back fast ,the Azaleas are all in flower and look really beautiful,can't wait for the roses to flower , we have had some wild weather here ,very strong damaging winds ,hopefully it will be a lot carmer by the time Halloween comes around. We have already started preparing for Halloween, you and Susie really got us started with this and now we're of and running with it ,we are taking it to another level this year, Doug just loves building things for this and I really love the decorating. I really miss talking and telling you about this and everything else that's going on, you were always a wonderful listener.

Hey Sweetie, words can not express how shocked and absolutely heart broken we are to hear of yours and Susie's gorgeous fur baby Zeus's sudden passing. We know that he missed you and his Brother Bentley so very much. Zeus is now in your loving arms getting lots of hugs and kisses ,laying on the grass next to his brother. And at night Bentley sharing your pillow and Zeus under covers sleeping with a ball in his mouth like he use to do. Hey Zeus! Aunt Debz and Uncle Doug love you,big cuddles Gorgeous boy! I have so many photo's of Zeus and Bentley on my phone and I have one that you sent me years ago ,it was one of your favourite photo's of Zeus ,he is standing at the picnic table with a ball in the side of his mouth and part of it under his lip that made you laugh so much ,Zeus always carried his ball like that ,he loved playing with his toys but fetching a ball was his favourite game. I remember you telling me that the sqeaker pig toy that he loved so much we sent to Zeus for Christmas had been played with so much that all that was left was a small piece that he use to walk around with, so very cute.You and Susie always said Zeus was a puppy at heart right up to his senior years ,he lived his life to the fullest. The boys were loved and cared for by you both beyond measure. Boys take care of Daddy and watch over Mommy just like Daddy does . Hey Baby the B and Z boys are reunited with each other and you. It was a shock to find him this morning. I didn't get the chance to say goodbye to my little buddy like i did with Sir Bentley. I did tell him mommy daddy and his brother love him. I said that everytime i left the house and tried to say it every nite.
Zeus played for about 3 and a half hours on wed with 2 new inreractive toys. One was a gigle ball and the other moved on its own. He loved them both. So glad he had the chance to be a pup again.
I miss you and the boys so much.
The house feels empty now except for the memories. I miss you and the boys so much.
Give Bentley and Zeus big hugs and kisses from me and Aunt Den and Uncle Doug. They are my support again and i cant thank them enough.

Hey Baby. Its been a rough week. Sir Bentley is no longer with me and his brother. I am comforted that he is with Daddy but i miss my fur faced angel baby.
Then we got 4 inches of rain in a few hours. The cellar has a small leak go figure but any moisture down there is bad after what we went thru this summer. We need to find and repair where the leak is. It is a challenge but i am staying on top of it.
Work has been really tough lately. We r down 3 people and everyone has had to step up alot. Hopefully we can hire soon.
We actually got about 30 pears this time! We beat the squirrels!
The garden and yard work takez alot of my time but it looks so good. We have so many tomatoes again this year that i cant pay people to take them! Same as the cabbage believe it or not! Who knew i could grow so much cabbage!
I so wish you and I could walk the yard togther and see what we have accomplished. We were such a good team. Some mornings i sit outside with my coffee and just look around.
We r replacing the fence this weekend so i reallly need your patience to guide me thru and not get frustrated if we hit any pitfalls.
Deb and Doug have been so awesome with support during the last couple of years. They are both wonderful and kind family members. You hit a goldmine with them. I will forever be grateful you found them.

Hey sweetie, Doug and I were absolutely heart broken to hear of yours and Susie's Gorgeous fur baby Bentley's illness and passing ,we take some comfort in knowing he is in Daddy's loving arms and getting lots of kisses that he has missed so much from you. You will now both get to share the same pillow again. Hey Ben Ben's! Aunt Debz and Uncle Doug Luuuuvvvvv youuuu! Big cuddles handsome boy! I remember the day you both got Bentley ,he was another Rescue dog but he would soon put that behind him and spend many wonderful loving years with you and Susie along with his loving brother Zeus. You and Susie taught Bentley to speak and say "I love you" Susie would bring the boys down when you and I were on Skype and Bentley would talk up a storm and I loved that so much especially when he would say to me ,I love you , it always made me tear up because it sounded so sorrowful. Occasionally Doug heard him and he smiled and was also amazed at how clear he said those words. Christmas time was always a lot of fun for us all getting together on Skype and watching us all unwrap presents.You and Susie would help the boys rip the paper off their gifts we sent them and we would all laugh as Bentley had a small sqeaker Tennis ball in his mouth and Zeus with either a Sqeaker pig or chicken ,we would be trying to talk but getting drowned out by the boys speakers ,it was so funny and very cute, we miss those times so very much. We have so many wonderful memories and photos of Bentley and Zeus that you and Susie sent me. You and Sir Bentley take care of each other .

Hey Baby by now Sir Bentley is in your.loving arms no doubt getting alot of kisses.on his.kissy spot! It was so hard to let him go but i am comforted by the fact he.is.with Daddy now. I keep remebering when we picked him up.from Carlas the first time you went home and how he was talking so lloud and tried to jump in your.arms! He has missed.you so much. He still stops and stares at the pop.room door looking for you. Now i need to comfort Zeus. He is looking for his brother and i am giving him big hugs.and trying to let him know that his.brother is with you.

Hi Baby. Just wanted to let you know that Sir Bentley will be coming home with you soon. He is not in any pain. He has.a.large mass in his tummy. Since he is about 15 and the surgery would take.a.couple of hours and he would need transfusions i decided.that would b too much for him. I know you would agree even though it hurts. He has had such a better life with us than he ever would have. Soon Sir Bentley will have his Daddy back. I know that would make him so happy to see you again. I tell them both several times a day that we love them.
Keep him safe and put lots of kissea on thd kissy spot!
Miss you so much. I know we would have talked the decision thru and we both would have come to the same desicison. We were alot alike in thinking when it came to our babies. They always came first.

Hey Baby! We just found a cucumber that is 20in long and 13in around! I didnt know they could get that big!
The new season of Cobra Kai started. I havent watched yet. Rewatching the season before. So wish we could watch togther. I havent even gotten in you tube to watch Riverdale but i should watch that next. You always had great taste in movies and tv shows and always surprised me with the shows.
Getting new windows in downstairs hopefully next month. And the back fence should b up by then also. So many changes so wish i could have done them for you to enjoy with me.
The boys r great. Brushed Sir Bentley out and the yard is covered with hair again! So much hair from his skinny little legs! I cant do it all at once since he is having some trouble standing still for very long. He is a seniot now so when he has spa day they take extra care with him. Zeus still plays but not for as long. He is a senior also. But his spirt to play is still there.
Lot of changes at work too. My role has changed and they actually took a few if my tasks away. I am sure its temporary and i will prob get more soon! I have been there 23yrs in Sept. Wow where does the time go?

Hey Baby. I just realized my thoughts didnt go thru.
Its been fun picking some of the garden already! We have a yellow squash already. You lived breading and frying them
Yummy! We also have about 20 rogue tomato plants. They r all over the yard not just behind the roses! No idea if they r all cherries.
I am finally looking to get some windows replaced. What a cost though. Well i was hoping for 8 but now i think just the 4 big sliders. We talked about that so many times and now mayb it will come true.
Its been real hot and humid for weeks now. I got all the furbabies cooling mats. They actually work. I know you would have wanted one for yourself! And i got some orange creamcicles for the people! I still remeber when i got you a bag of chips and 2 bags of goodies for the boys! You were so funny talking about how much the boys got and you only had a bag of chips! And i was trying to argue that the bag of chips had more in them than the boys haul. I couldnt though cause i was laughing so hard! You always had the ability to make everyone around you feel better no matter what. I really miss that.
So work is going okay. I may need to train another Supervisor. Simetimes its tough being there longer than the kids i am training! It will b 23 yrs this Sept. Wow where does the time go?
I miss you alot still esp in the morning when we would watch videos and just talk about everything.

Hey Sweetie, We lost another Great Actor yesterday ,Donald Sutherland passed away and straight away it made me think about the movie he was in "Kelly's Heroes" it was one of your favourite movies and I remember us watching that and you telling me that it was one of pops favourites and it was my dads favourite as well. A lot of awesome movies have come out since you've been gone that I know you would have loved. Doug is out this morning doing a lot of quotes ,it had slowed down for a while so it's a relief that he's doing so many today. I've been super busy with cleaning up and de cluttering around the house ,not easy cos you know how materialistic I am but it's getting there, I found a beautiful little Opertunity Shop called Hope that I'm taking all my things to. The Opertunity shop you and I went to has changed so much, I remember you buying us a lovely retro coat hanger stand with a mirror, amazingly we got it to fit into the car the only problem was there was no room for you ,so I had to leave you in the shop while I quickly drove home and dropped it off. You use to tease me about that ,saying yep you left me there and took off with your coat stand.When we got back home you were the first to hang your leather vest on it ,you were such a generous person Johnny ,the very first time you came come ,you wanted to buy souvenirs from Australia for all your friends back in the states and I remember you putting so much thought into each gift and how much fun we had doing that ,your face would light up when you found that special something for someone. You were a very caring soul and we miss you every single day so very much.

Happy Fathers Day! The fur babies are doing great! They are both heathly and happy boys! Its gonna be a wonderful weekend so i am grilling all weekend. Today we are having breakfast for dinner. Sasage and eggs. Not yet sure how to cook eggs on the grill.but i will somehow! I am getting better with the grill.
I still remember you and Jason grilling in winter on the back porch of our apartment . You were the best steak griller ever! I havent done steak or even beef yet. Maybe if the price comes down some. I remember how you showed me how to pick the perfect steak. Then i want to try to grill veggies. We already have a squash growing and the eggplant have flowers so not long now! Yum!
Dad Sonny and me will be going to see his grandparents both of my grandfathers and your parents. I left your Felix mug for them the last time i visited. I thought that was fitting.

Hey sweetie, Another week it will be the start of our winter, even tho we are still in our Fall we have been hit with a pola blast , not much rain but very cold with frost. I know you are looking down and smiling thinking Australian winters aren't cold ,you had been here during our winter and you laughed at me and Doug being really cold as we stood outside while you were having a cigarette wearing a Tshirt ,Doug and I still talk about that and we laugh. We have our wood heater running hot and I can hear you now saying please don't put any more on! So we ended up opening up the front door to let some of the heat out much to your relief. Sure miss joking around with you Johnny but the wonderful fun times is what keeps us going , thankyou so much for that dear Friend.

Hey Baby! We are having an early heat wave. 90s with humidity. Yuck.
We are doing a cellar remodel. Not sure you would like it but it had to be done.
We extended the garden even more. And i am going to try to make a sweet potato pie this fall.i so wish you were here 2 try some. We had Dad over for some turkey burgers(he didnt know that) and clams and i made mac salad. I remember how much you lovedd my mac salad and it made me smile.
The time goes so dast now. Almost summer and yesterday was winter.
But i still feel like it was yesterday we were playing games and waiting out a storm.

Hey Baby. Earlier this month Dad Sonny and I went to Old Forge to see the total eclipsr. It was amazing! It was pretty crowded.some places but we sat in a small park that didnt get too crowded. When we got there we went driving looking for deer or bear. Didnt see anything. We got back to the hotel and there.was a pretty tame herd of.6 right outside the balcony door! We fed one some chips and i thought she was gonna go in the room!
Otherwise things are.good here. The.boys r doing well. As you know Zeus is 10.now! He still plays like.a.pup though he is pretty grey on his face.
I told you we extended the garden by using old totes? Anyway i was planting in the.garden amd saw Zeus with all 4 feet in one! He was muddy up to his knees!
Bently just moves the dirt qith his nose. Hopefully we.get some of the.veggies and the boya dont eat them all!
I so missed you at the ecliipse. It would have been really awesome to share with you especially when it got dark and so quiet.

Hey Baby Hoppy Easter! We are going to Jumpin Jacks for dinner then back to my dads to play a fun game called right left center! Theres still alittle snow left but we are getting a couple of inches this coming week so old man winter is staying here for now.
I finally got the poitatoes in. A couple weeks late but the ground was frozen.
The boys got a new water bowl. Its dark blue and shorter and wider. I couldnt find one like they had. So weird people still need large bowls!
Not too much going on. Gonna replace the whole run of fence between us and Ed and Joann. Bout time right!
The boys are doing very well. Bentley is shedding hard and has a spa day next weekend! Zeus got 4 new balls to play with! Now we just need some goiod weather to play outside.

Hey Sweetie, I was sitting in my pop vinyl collection Room last week looking at my awesome collection of pop vinyls that I have bought and pops that you and Susie have sent me.You and I had the best time going through our favourite websites and always checking for new pops that had come out and being so excited when we would see a new one.We really enjoyed checking the details on a pop we really liked especially when it would take you back to your child hood,pops from old cartoons or Tv series or movies, you especially loved to collect those .There wasn't a day that we didn't check and it Literally became an obsection. We loved sending pops to each other as presents for Birthdays and Christmas.It took me a long time to look at those websites again and have not bought a pop since you've been gone, it's not the same without you ,but the ones I have always makes me smile and think about those wonderful times together.You got me into collecting pops and it was so much fun . Hey Sweetie, Each month seems to fly by so fast.I went through one of my photo Albums today looking through photos of you when you first came home and through tears I've picked 3 to share .The photos are of when we all went to Wilson's Prom National Park at one of the Beaches there called Whiskey Bay ,you really liked the name and loved that Beach. What really caught your eye looking out at the water was a huge rock shaped like a turtle which has been named by the national Park as Turtle Rock ,that became your favourite Beach.We had an awesome day you loved standing in the water watching the waves come in ,that's how I like to picture you sometimes, just walking along a beach somewhere and it makes me smile through happy tears. You are missed beyond words Johnny .

Hey Baby Happy Valentines day!
I went to price chopper and the flower area was packed and very slim pickings left. Everybody is doing some kind of valentines day. Walmart is selling white fudge ding dongs! So wish you were here to try them with me. And its Punchkey and Peep season! I tried a chocalate strawberry dippen one and it was awesome. The Punchkeys have a blueberry cheesecake flavour now. YUM! They sell out quick though so i have to go b4 work. I know we would have had a blast trying them all.
Boy its chilly this week but we dodged a big snow storm. Downstate got dumped on. Some placea got a foot. And it was warm and sunny in Buffalo! Crazy weather.
Me and my Dad went to chowderfest Saturday. Boy was it cold! I didnt realize how big it was. Like blocks between vendors. I thought it would be closer.together. so we made it to 3 reatraunts and Teds Fish Fry was the best!
The boys are doing well. Sir Bentley is shedding alot cause we had a few warm days! The birds look so cute carring away the fur! You always laughed.

Hey Baby! Its 3 weeks into Jan now and we really havent had any snow! We got about 7 inches last week but then it went into the 40s and rain so that didnt last long. We got about 3 inches thursday but then the temp droped and the wind is howling. Below zero wind chill. My dad wears 4 layers when he has 2 go anywhere. He is settling in nicely. He put up family photos all over. Me and Sonny got him a tablet to make it easier for him to do crosswords. Its hit and miss. Hes still learning how to uae it and it is fun to teach him. We played Yatzee and he did a Johnny roll on a large straight! I was telling him how often you used to roll them and how many zeros me and mabo would have! It was nice remebering all the fun we had playing greed and cards and Yatzee! I have been thinking of them both. I know you probably have coffe and chocolate cake with them!
The boys r doing well. The rabbits are back so Sir Bentley has increased his patrol! Zeus hurt his knee awhile back but is doing great now. He is back to light playing.
Work is still running full on. I actually went into the office 5 days in a row. Wiped me out
I miss you everyday still. Something the boys would do or something crazy i saw i still grab my phone to tell you about it.

Hey Sweetie, I've put in a picture of you and Bella today ,all the times you came home Bella would always sleep on your bed and she would always follow you out side on our decking where she knew you would play with her. With a very heavy heart we had to say good bye to our Beautiful little Bella on the 5th of January ,Susie sent a lovely comforting message saying that mum and you, her uncle door man would be there waiting for her and I know she will be very much loved and taken care of ,please give her cuddles and kisses from mummy and Daddy . I watched a video clip of you playing with Bella and it made me cry and smile ,you both had fun,you always made sure Bella got her excersise. I really miss talking with you every day like we use to and now with Bella gone there's 12hours of emptyness in the house till Doug comes home ,but I treasure the wonderful memories that we all had together.

Happy New Year Baby! This is late but i did write to you on NYE but it didnt go thru.
Can you please talk to Zeus? He had an argument with his brother and i know you can bring them together.
It was a quiet nite. We had pigs in a blanket this year. I remember how you and Sonny would eat a tray of them! I had my usual 3.
We have not had any snow yet and the temps have been above normal. How you would have loved that! I gave my dad the let it snow snowman maybe thats why!? I would put it out it would snow and you would hide it!
Its still hard to believe you are in heaven and not here with us. I miss you daily. Your smile and laugh still echo in my heart. I will always love you Baby.
The boys are doing well and Zeus just finished playing with the last stuffed toy yesterday! He is so funny! Ben is enjoying turkey and sweet potato treats!

Hey sweetie! Happy Heavenly New year 2024! I've added a picture of our fire works in Melbourne. Doug and I didn't make it to midnight ,just to tired. We spent the evening watching one of our favourite movies of John Wayne " Rio Bravo" And we also know it was one of your favourites as well ,we had a side table full of yummy snacks and dips while watching the movie and again surrounded by all of our Christmas lights. Hey Sweetie! Merry Heavenly Christmas .It rained hard here all day but we didn't mind as we normally have hot weather for Christmas here . Hey Baby! Merry Christmas! Its rainy here but i think Santa willmake it for the boys! They have a sleigh load of gifts from both of us. Cant wait for them to open them. Zeus is always so dramatic and Sir Bentley is so stoic until he smells the nackies! I found cod skins not as smelly as smelly fish but still real smelly!
It wont ever be the same as when you were here but i am trying to have theboys some stability. My dad is here to stay and we are eating Christmas dinner with him. He actually wants to play games after dinner! Weird but sweet.
Just like a couple of years ago i couldnt find a pumpkin pie but my dad got 2. I will save you a piece with cool whip!

Hey Sweetie, I still can't believe that it's 2 years today since you left us and went to Heaven,and yet it seems like Yesterday. I still struggle with not hearing your Reasuring voice ,your laughter and advise which I seem to need more these days.You always had a way of carming my anxiety when things went wrong ,we were so very blessed to have had you in our lives .We never ran out of conversation, there was always so many things to talk about,I miss that so very much .
Susie and I catch up with phone calls when we can and we always send txt messages to each other which I treasure so much and enjoy ,Doug and i struck gold the day we met you both,truly 2 wonderful caring loving friends.I've put in 2 photos ,one is of you when we went to Agnes Falls, it was a long way for you to walk but with a hand rail to hang onto most of the way you were determined to see the falls and loved what you saw when we got there.The second photo is of you getting ready to eat some gillatti ice cream (Italian ice cream) we had that for Dessert after having pizza we all really enjoyed that .I miss you so very much dear Friend and think of you often.

Hey Baby I cant believe its been 2 years since you went to Heaven. It seems like yesterday we were watching videos and talking and laughing. I was thinking about how much you changed my life for the better. You taught me to see both sides of an argument and not to jump to conclusions. You taught me about Live and Trust and how to be a better friend. You brought balance and stability to my life. I never told you how much i relied.on you every day. Just hearing your voice or seeing your face made all the troubles of the day melt away.
The boys are doing really well. I tell them every time i go out and every nite that Mommy and Daddy love them. I try to play with Zeus atleast a half hour.a day. I know he misses you throwing the toy for.him. Bentley plays every now and then. Je ia getting up there in age ao when he does play i always.say thank you and tell him how proud Daddy would be.
Deb and i still talk and send messages alot. Its amazing how.eaay it was for you to make friends with really hood people. Its almost like you could see inside them and know they had good souls.

Hey Baby its Turkey Day!! I think this was your all time favorite. Lots of good food and football! I just baked the pumpkin pie and thought about that year i was gonna make one from scratch and how bad that turned ou! You were such a good sport you even tried a piece! I still remember the look on your face! Since then I"bake" the frozen ones! The bread is all broken up and seasoned with Bells just waiting for the celery and onion. And yes I am adding mushrooms this year. No spuds this year just too much. I never really cared for them anyway. I did get gravy still not able to bring myself to make it ever again. Just like the pie that gravy was awful! The boys have been supervising me the whole time i am pretty sure they know they will have a plate of yummy!
Its still hard to have tday without you. I loved filling your plate and watching in awe how you ate all and always said it was the best ever. Those cracker barrel holidays were fun too but the last tday with you was the best. Miss you everday.

Hey Sweetie, Doug cleaned our out door fish tank yesterday.I remember when you came home and you and I sat outside and we watched Doug take the fish out and then clean the tank ,you were amazed at how deep the tank is .Our Fish are now 6 yrs old and they are huge! When you saw them they were just babies ,we only have 8 now .It took Doug some time to clean the tank and filter but now it's nice and clean.Well it's that time of the year and Doug and I are putting up the xmas tree and decorating the house this weekend ,I remember Turing on the cam on my tablet and showing you all our decorations, I sure do miss being able to do that.
You always loved all the different coloured lights on our tree ,you loved anything with lights.Missing you so very much Johnny .

Happy Heavenly Birthday , I picture your Family and Friends up there singing Happy Birthday to you and you having the biggest smile.You use to get so excited when our package arrived before your Birthday and you would always ask me if you could open it earlier and I would occasionally let you open at least one of your presies.You and I loved our pop vinyls and so in the last few years that's what Doug and I bought you and we always tried to surprise you which was so much fun.I miss searching for pops for you so very much. The very first Birthday that we all got to actually spend together was back in 2010 when you first came to Australia (Home) You, mum and I went up to a place called Grants up in the Bush ,where we spent the day feeding all different types of Birds and we also had a really yummy lunch at the Restaurant there.Unfortunatly Doug couldn't come with us due to work. Happy Birthday Baby! I was thinking how.you and Hector ate that whole.pan of corn bread and i got you a pan for your Birthday! I was also remebering getting you a cheesecake for Fathers day and i left my card there! Look a chicken!
Its almost Turkey day! We had so much fun making stuffing! And how we couldnt find a pumpkin pie a few years ago and i went to Aldi and bought 3! The only store around that had them. I bought a semi small turkey so not much leftover for soup but a will make a small pan. You loved my turkey soup and i have fresh from the garden veggies to put in this year. Dont worry Bentley will eat your bowl! You really had him going with soup and slimmy jimmies! I buy pup perroni since i dont like the slimmy but i still called them slimmy jimmies!
Had a close call with Zeus. Somehow his collar.got caught on something outside and he was chocking. I did not know until i went to let tjemin. Carla said he is in great shape and there are no ling term effects. The big goof just got stuck i a tomato cage and i got a pictire! I will try to attach. Bentley was looking at him and laughing!

It is almost your birthday.. it took you so long to tell me and you said you hated the day.. it is hard still to believe you aren't here anymore.. P!nk songs make me think of you. One of my best friends.. I couldn't have made it through the hardest years of my life and raising kids without you and susie.. my other best friend Amy has cancer now and going into 3rd year fighting it and it isn't going away. Scared both of you will be gone, then where will I be. I miss you and our talks and your way of distracting me from the hard parts of life with jokes and music and weird YouTube videos. Hey Baby! We are real close to Halloween now. Driving around i have seen some real nice.decorations. The trunk and trick is still a big thing and the malls of course.i
I was remininscing about childhood trick or treating and how we always knew what houses had the best candy! The price of candy is real high again this year so just a small bag. I remember how you would eat all the leftover candy so we always bought candy you liked. I eat almost any kind so any kind was good to me!
Put the plastic up on the kitchen window in one go this year. That was a first. You always had to help me and it still took more than one try !
The boys are doing very well and yes they r eating tomatoes! They also lioved the eggplant and squash. Not so much the celery!

Hey Sweetie, I'm sitting here thinking about the first time you met my mum on Skype and you asked my mum what was her favourite song and she said Roses are Red my love and you asked her what that song meant to her and she said that was the song that played on the radio when she and my dad first met.So you asked her if it would be ok if you sang that song for her and my mum said she'd love that. Hey sweetie, The pies made it to the Grandfinal!! We had 40 seconds left to play and the pies were ahead by 1 point! So you can imagine how intense it was and then when the siren sounded the Collingwood Army erupted! My ears were ringing.When our big American Mason Cox kicked a goal the Collingwood Army started Chanting,USA, USA, USA! It was Awesome! I know you always thought that it was great when they did that! I know mum and you were watching from above. Hey Baby! Fall is here and the leaves are already enough to rake. That tree drops so early. The Boys are still in the tomatoes grazing all the time! They are both doing well and look so good together.
Planted carrots again for them and some of the carrots are purple! Zeus stole a few already! He just grabs a mouthful and runs away to eat them roots and dirt and all! He looks.so cute! Sir Bentley wont touch them until.they are cleaned up and in pieces!
Halloween is coming and the storea have Hallowwen and Christmas stuff out side by side already. Well i guess since time.does fly by it makes sense..Never used to understand that before.
I saw a huge hawk flying over the backyard and thought of you and Jimmy and how excited he was to.see him. He called and said hurry outside and we went running thinking something was up and he pointed him out! I havent seen the cardinal for a couple of weeks but Joann did so hes still here!. Geese are flying back and we had a flock go iver the house that had to be atleast 30 birds! So loud.
So many things i want to share with you and watch you light uo and laugh.

I hope you're looking down and excited about The Collingwood Magpies making the Finals ,this football game will determine whether or not we go into the Grandfinal. Doug and I are lucky enough to go to the game tonight ,they are expecting over 95,000 and you know most of those are going to be Magpies fans.( The Collingwood Army) I remember how amazed you were hearing the Collingwood chant and how loud it was.Halloween is almost here and we are going to do it a little bigger this year , I remember when you came home and helped me carve my very first pumpkin, we were both so excited! Doug is really excited about building another Scary Tunnel ,thanks to you and Susie for always encouraging us to decorate! You would always be looking up Scary things on line for us to make,I still have those pictures.Gosh sweetie there's so much to show and tell you and it really pains my heart so very much that I can't. Hey Baby. Sonny is out of hospital and gaining strength. Thank you.
The weather has been hot and rainy and we have about 12 to 13 rogue cherry tomatoe plants again
They are all over the yard this time. Some did grow back where the boys would graze on them.
There are so many squash! Tired of eating it already! I give 2 away and the next day theres 2 more! I thought i was planting cukes but i actually planted 6 squash and bo cukes. Peppers all died already
The marigolds are about 3ft tall already and have completly taken over the barrel! I have never seen them like this before. Its pretty but they took over the watermelon! Only got 1 small pear this year. You would think with 3 pear trees we would get more!
The boys are doing great. Bentley is shedding up a storm and needs a spa day! Zeus got to play ball outside Saturday since it was cool. He played hard for about hour and a half. My shoulder.was barking but he looked.so happy!
We have OT coming up at work this week so i will probably work late a few nights. Cant believe its been 5yrs already!
Cleaned out the alley since it was half taking it over. I remember how you would get that look and ask me to go cut it back! I was thinking of that look when i waded in and it made me smile!

Hey Baby Sonny is in the hospital. It was very scary for me. Lots of flashbacks of the last day with you.
I am torn. I know you guys didnt see eye to eye towards the end but he is my little brother. Could you please watch over him for me? He has been a help to me. He has made me slow down and think things thru instead of just doing.

Hey Baby. Its been raining and hot here so the yard is overgrown again. Did alot of weed whacking and tomorrow i have to mow. My potatoe plants died so i pulled them and harvested alot of potatoes. I half filled the big nackie box! We got purple, red and yellow. Of course i replanted the little ones. You would be amazed at all the squash. I fried some up the othet nite for dinner. I remembet how you would coat them with egg and bread crumbs and how good they were. I think you ate a whole squash by yourself! I am going to the Wagon Train tomorrow for some take out. It will b the first time i will b eating barbeque without you. Of course i will get some corn bread! I still cant believe you and Hector ate a whole pan by yourselves. You sure could pack it away! I heard you have Tony Bennet up thrre wth you now

Hey Baby both boys went to vet this week. Zeus was so good only growled once and Bentley only needed 2 people to hold him for his nail cut!
Zeus is 82.5lbs and Bentley is 43.4! Its still too hot for Zeus to play and Bentley goes out and comes right back in. Thats all folks!

Hey Baby! Summer offically started today and i am over it already! Its been in the 80s with not much rain. May have to water the garden 2xs a day soon. The grass is burnt and feels like hay. No barefoot on the lawn now. I know that will make you smile! Already running the ac to keep Bentley comfortable. Zeus doesnt even want covers its that hot!
If you see mother nature ask her for some rain for us please.
Zeus only plays inside now and Bentley hasnt played in a while now.
Saw a weird bird in the yard it was black bodied with a dark blue head. Never saw that before. Tried google but got no real answers. Hoping to see it again and get a pic.
Anyway its hard to believe anothet month has passed and you have been gone so long. Still miss you loads Baby. Love you always.

Hi Sweetie,Happy Belated Father's Day! I'm so sorry this is late ,you always reminded me of your Father's day as our Father's Day over here is in September. Happy Fathers Day Baby!
The boys are doing well. Bentley still walks patrol around the yard and Zeus still barks to hear himself bark! Bentley now likes to be in the shade garden and drink out of the birdbath. Sometimes they make me laugh a hundred times a day with their shenagins!
They take turns sleeping on your pillow. I tell them each time how Daddy loved that. And each nite i tell them Mommy and Daddy love you.

Hey Sweetie,Susie and I had a good long catch up today which we always love to do and as always we covered a number of different subjects, just like we use to do when you were with us .One of the things that I told Susie about was my football team and how you became a Collingwood Fan.I'm so glad that you got to see The Collingwood Magpies play a game on TV when you were home with us.I remember how you thought it was awesome that we had an American Named Mason Cox come over to play for the pies .I wanted to let you know that Mason played his 100th Game for the pies yesterday and he kicked 2 Goals , contributing to their win over the other team ,he had his mum and dad and other family members there watching .And you can imagine the roar of the Collinwood army. The pies are currently on top of the Ladder which is Fantastic,there's still a few months to go before the grandfinal but so far we are in a good position. I really miss talking to you about everything but I just know that when Susie and I are talking that you are there with us, you always come up in our conversations and I hope that makes you smile.I have added a couple of photos ,one of the collingwood Team and the other of Mason Cox with his mum and Dad, i thought you might like that .Hug,Kisses ,Love ya Bunches and miss you terribly always xoxoxoxo

Heya sweetie . .. I graduated with my Bachelor's yesterday wish we could still talk so I could tell you all about it.. it was crazy!! I think about you often even though I am busy busy .. the kids are doing good too. While I was in AZ I saw blueberry cobbler coffee creamer and immediately thought of you n Susie always sending me some blueberry coffee for Christmas. Miss you lots. Hey sweetie,we now have a part of you here with us at home in Australia and we know that ,that would make you so very happy, you're now with us .I've added some photo's of you when you were home with us and we went to Garden World .You really loved the huge bonsai section there and all the different water features and you couldn't believe that they also had beautiful polished Gem stones and all sorts of other wonderful things.We also had a very yummy lunch there.It was a wonderful day out together. Hey Baby you probably know I am driving for Uber now. Not people just food and deliveries. I delivered to this house in the middle of nowhere and they had decorations on the lawn half were for Dallas and the other was for the Yankees! It was so cool. Really wanted to tell you. I miss sharing the little things so much. I know you would have smiled that smile that made you look so good. I miss your laugh. The boys would have had you laughing so much with their antics! Sir Bentley now wont take his ice cream unless he is laying on the bed in front of the fan. And the fan has to be on! Poor Zeus looks for covers as soon as his ice cream is done! I usually have a long sleeve on! Its getting warm during the day but nite time is still chilly. Saw the cardinal this week. I dont think you got the chance to see him. That red really stands out. We also have some finches around now. One of them took a huge clump of Bentley hair. It was almost as big as him! I remember how you would watch the birds take Bentleys hair back to their nest. You really liked the birds. Yes the birds still complain when the bird bath is low! Remeber how they squacked at Sonny if he was late giving them water!
Garden is coming up nice but we have a groundhog around agan so put up new wire fence with cinder blocks on the inside so we can hopefully get some of the veggies.
Not too much going on just working and taking care of the yard.
