John G. Rettich, age 82, of Eaton, OH passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at his residence. He was born March 14, 1942 in Dayton, OH to the late Robert D. and Louise Fannie (Witham) Rettich. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother David Rettich; and grandson Christopher Schenck. He is survived by his sons Mike (Heather) Rettich of New Lebanon, Ricky Howe of Independence, KY and Johnny (Johana) Rettich of Troy; granddaughter Abbigail Rettich of New Lebanon; great grandchildren Audrey May Cartwright of New Lebanon, Addiley Schenck of New Lebanon and Izzy Rettich of Troy; sister Fran (Lonnie) Napier of Texas; several nieces and nephews; and girlfriend Diane Rust. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Mound Hill Cemetery (new section) in Eaton, OH.
