Born October 16, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Jerry and Wilma Rigg, John lived a life marked by service, passion, and dedication.
A proud member of his local Mustang club and a passionate firearms instructor, John shared his love of cars and gun safety with friends and his community. A lifelong student of history, he enjoyed traveling to historical sites across the United States and abroad.
