John Robinson Obituary
Born on July 10, 1946 in Henderson County, NC, John was the son of the late Mr. Frank Robinson and the late Mrs. Lorraine Faulkner Stevens.
John moved to Seattle, WA in 1987 and in 1988 began his career at Boeing. After 28 years of service at the company, John retired in 2016. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, building, and fishing. He was fond of football, boxing, and NASCAR.
John's survivors include his sons, Kenith Robinson, Shawn Robinson, and Chris Robinson; daughters Diana Hickman, Veronica Summers, Jessie Robinson, and Kayla Robinson; brothers, Frankie Robinson, Robert 'Boscoe' Robinson, Billy Robinson, Ray Stevens; sisters Jean Reaves, Maxine Greene, and Sharon Rogers; 11 grandchildren and several great-grand children; and many extended family members and friends.
John was preceded in death by parents Frank Robinson and Lorraine Faulkner Stevens; brothers Richard Robinson, James 'Tipp' Robinson; and sisters Annie Bell Robinson and Dorothy 'Dot' Poteat.
His memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11 am at Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel.
