John Rodgers Obituary
John worked for the State of Michigan.
He was a father to his son, Jason (Tori) Rodgers, and to his daughters, Amy Rodgers, and Jennifer (Josh Hartwig) Rodgers. He was a grandfather to Alaina, Kyler, Jade, Callie, Jase, Mason, Logan, and Chase.
John is survived by his sisters, Sandra Lankton and Phyllis Rodgers, and his nephew, Ryan (Chrysta) Lankton, and niece, Erika Lankton. He was predeceased by his father Barham Ray Rodgers, his mother Lucille (Spatrisano) Terwilliger, and his brother William John Spatrisano, with whom he now rests.
A man of diverse interests and deep Christian faith, John found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Music was his passion, and he took great delight in listening to it. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed a game of cribbage, appreciated cars, and was a collector at heart. His faith guided his life and brought him comfort and peace.
There will be no services at this time. The family has entrusted arrangements to the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge.
