John Ross, Jr., 75, of Lee County, GA died April 15, 2022 at Willson Hospice House. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 11:00 am at Leesburg Cemetery. Ross Powell will officiate.
John was born on April 6, 1947 in Ashburn, GA to Rufus Theodore and Frances Shephard Ross. He grew up and lived most of his life in Lee County, GA. John was a truckdriver and was last employed with Clark Buford Bait, Inc. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ross, his children, Kim Spargo, John (Melissa) Ross III, and Charlie (Missy) Ross all of Lee County, GA, his siblings, Billie Akins, Aaron Charlie Ross and Richard Ross all of Lee County, GA, his grandchildren, Taylor (Beth Ann) Howell of Lee County, GA, Allie (Austin) Cole of Crestview, FL and Tyler Ross and Haley Ross both of Lee County, GA and four great-grandchildren.
