John Rountree Obituary

John Bell Rountree, 75, of Austin, passed away at home on Sunday, November 15, 2015, surrounded by his family. John was a devoted husband to Olivia, his wife of 51 years, and a loving father and grandfather to his two daughters, their husbands, and his six grandchildren. His is survived by his wife Olivia; his daughter, Deborah her husband Scott Wilson, and their children, Sydney, Chase, Lyndon, and Madelyn, and by his daughter, Amy her husband William Gotchey, and their children, Makaela and Marlena. He will be dearly missed by all of those he loved and who loved him including his brother, Jack Rountree; sister-in-law, Dorothy Rountree; brother-in-law, Albert DeLaRosa; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service 10:00 am on Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Funeral Home Chapel with a reception to follow.
