John was a great friend. We will always remember getting together on the frozen lake and playing with the dogs. He showed us how to make his cherished family spaghetti recipe. In the summer, we often sat on the beach at our house with a drink watching the dogs swim. We loved listening to his travel stories and playfully discussed his dismay of Ryan Braun and Arron Rodgers. It will not be the same coming up north without John. He is missed terribly.
