John Ruggles Obituary
John Ruggles, 73, passed away November 5, 2025. He was a member of the final graduating class of Hower Vocational High School in 1970. John was a master keyboardist and was a member of several bands that traveled the country. As well as an accomplished musician he was also employed by Ray Thomas for several years. John had a servant’s heart, which showed through the loving care he gave to those in need. He had a warm friendly smile and always seemed to be in a good mood, no matter what the situation.
Preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Marie Ruggles; wife of 36 years, Roblyn “Pixie”; and brother, Bill Ruggles; he is survived by his siblings, Margaret (John) Baxley, Fred (Louise) Ruggles, Walter (Debbie) Ruggles and Richard (Barb) Ruggles and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12PM-2 PM, with a funeral service at 2 PM on Tuesday November 11, 2025, at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
