John Ryan Obituary
He was born on June 26, 1962 in St. Louis, MO to Melvin Jerry Ryan and Lillian (nee: Hickey) Ryan.
John loved to watch NASCAR and wrestling.
The loving father and brother is survived by a son, Johnathan Ryan of Collinsville; 2 brothers: David (Juanita) Ryan of Granite City and Jerry Ryan of Granite City; a nephew, David (Tara) Ryan Jr and a niece, Brittany (Josh) Lievens.
Besides his parents, John is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Michael Ryan and Billy Ryan; a sister, Barbara Ryan and a niece, Heather Thompson.
A memorial visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City, IL. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, Maryville Rd, in Granite City.
