John Wesley Ryder, 80, of Belpre, went home to the Lord on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Waterview Pointe Nursing Home.
John was born October 29, 1944 in Pontotoc, MI to Ralph and Jamie {Warren} Ryder.
He graduated from Williamstown High School.
He married Marti Luton in May of 1986.
John worked at Dravo for many years. He was a member of Evergreen Bible Church in Williamstown. John was into CB Radio and loved drag racing.
John will be deeply missed by his wife Marti Ryder; daughter Nanette (Andy) McIntosh; grandsons Tyler (Sheelan) McIntosh and Tanner McIntosh; great-grandson Luka McIntosh; stepdaughter Kace Douglas; stepson Todd Richards; brothers Jerry (Robbie) Ryder and Kerry (Paula) Ryder; sisters-in-law Linda Luton and Dolores McCutcheon; brothers-in-law Richard Luton and Robert Luton.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, January 15th at the Evergreen Bible Church, 118 W. 9th Street, Williamstown with Pastor Steve Thibault officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
