John Schneider Obituary
John was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lucille F. Schneider; his daughter, Pamela J. Schneider; and his mother, Leona Schneider; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly (Mark) Schmidt of Princeton MN.
He is survived by his sister, Geraldine Edelschein of Winona, MN; his daughters, Deborah (Art) Steinberg of Cambridge, MN, and Janice (Chris) Becker of Plymouth, MN; along with other loving family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
John graduated from Winona High School and proudly served his country after entering the United States military in 1947. On September 9, 1950, he married the love of his life, Lucille F. Maulik, and together they built a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. John spent his career in sales within the food industry, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic.
John will be remembered for his quiet strength, devotion to family, and unwavering faith. He leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance that will continue through those who knew him.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to HealthPartners Hospice and the compassionate staff at Little Hospice in Edina for their exceptional care and kindness.
Private interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. with visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2026:
