Another year has passed but the memories, good thoughts and prayers remain. Love is eternal for those of us who believe. Yet the pain of loss is real. Grip Hands!!

John was my first roommate in Company E-2 at West Point. He was justifyly proud of his competitive appointment to USMA and his New York heritage. Being a Jersey guy we got to be friendly rivals about our home towns. God bless! Joe Masterson, USMA '57 and US Air Force.

Tho I never met Col Setnicky if his son Charles (Chip) is anything like him, then I know he is a fine man with high moral values and a love for family. He like his son is held in high regard and clearly will be missed.

John was a good man, a fine officer and a cherished classmate. I first met John through his sister, Mary Ann, and respected and admired him throughout our Cadet years. I am saddened by his passing, but am heartened to know that he is safely in the bosom of our Lord.

Set was NY City guy and my roommate at West Point Plebe year. He had a National Guard appointment and knew how to keep his head down. Being a New Jersey guy , Set and I had some good laughs together. We both went Air Force and SAC.
God bless you Set.

Mr. Setnicky will be missed for his generous spirit and love of Prompt Succor Church and St. Francis Cathedral. It was an honor to know him. In thanksgiving, my prayers are for him and his family. Kathie Duggan
