Parker lived for a made jump shot, a laugh from his friends, and an unwavering love of his family. His light will never leave the court.
Parker is survived by his mom, Mary Simpson; his sisters Allie (Christian) Mains and Mandy (Chet) Marler; his nieces Olivia and Lillian Mains; his grandmother Lillian Murphy; and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood. Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at St. Aloysius Church in Pewee Valley.

Him being nervous in an new environment which wasn't like him in later found out, and then quickly opening up to all of us as a friend.
