John Smith Obituary
Born on June 12, 1961, in Harrisonville, John was the beloved son of Milton and Ramona May (Brice) Smith. A lifelong resident of Harrisonville, he was well known for his warm spirit and his presence at local gatherings, always where the laughter and good times were. John touched many hearts with his kindness and zest for life. He worked alongside friends like Steve Kagarice, mowing and moving cattle, and lent a hand to Jim Looney in wiring homes and businesses, embracing the value of hard work while fostering connections within the community. An avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, John showed unwavering loyalty to his team, making every football season a joyous occasion. For the last several years, he had been residing at Golden Years, where he continued to bring light to those around him.
John is preceded in death by his loving parents, Milton and Ramona. He is survived by his sisters: Betty Grant of Fort Worth, Texas; and Bonnie Brooks of Liberty, MO. John will be dearly missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
