John Stob Obituary
Former president of Speedway/Rex Disposal, and new business developer for Sales Empowerment Group. He was a faithful and devoted Christian, long-time member of Willow Creek Church, where he led men's groups and mentored many individuals over the years. He will be remembered for his loving spirit, words of wisdom, and great advice.
Visitation Sunday, April 6th, from 2-8pm at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd, Lombard. In State Monday from 10am until time of service at 11am at Lombard Christian Reformed Church, 2020 S. Meyers Rd, Lombard. Service will be livestreamed. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery. Memorials to Timothy Christian Schools, Willowcreek Church, or The Crucible Project, are appreciated. John was a dear step brother, friend and brother in spirit. John was all about relationships. You can understand the character of someone by how they spend their time and money. John put relationship first every time. He left this world a little too soon but I know he left this world a little bit better than he found it.
I look forward to seeing you again my brother.
