John Henry Williams

John Henry Williams of Hallsville, MO and formerly of Ironton, MO, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at the age of 87 years, 3 months, and 6 days. He was born August 9, 1935 in Iron Mountain, MO to the late Henry and Hope (Ely) Williams.
On December 24, 1957, John was united in marriage to Ellen Babcock who survives. Also surviving John is a son, Yancy Williams and wife Misty of Centralia, MO, three grandchildren, Charlotte, Abigail. and John; one brother, Lonnie Williams and wife Sharon of Bismarck, MO, a sister-in-law JoAnn Williams, a brother-in-law, Walter Thompson, and many more loving family members and friends.
He is preceded in rest by his parents, a brother Paul Williams, two sisters, Selina Boatright and Ruth Ann Thompson, and a brother-in-law Bud Boatright.
For many years John worked in the real estate business and the cattle business to support his family. He
deeply loved raising and racing thoroughbred horses. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
A Graveside Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 beginning at 5:00 pm and lasting until 8:00 pm from the Cole Family Funeral Home.
Interment will be held in the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park in Ironton, MO.
