John Henry "Johnny" Williams, Jr., 68, of Williston, SC passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Funeral services will be held at two o'clock p.m., Sunday, March 1, 2026 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Wendell Bruner officiating; burial will follow in the Williams' Family Cemetery, White Pond, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday.

Honored to service as pallbearers are Dantroy Cuthbertson, Travis Gavin, Hunter Green, Ja'Don Stroman, Jeremiah Williams and Michael Williams.

Born in Barnwell County, SC, he was a son of the late John Henry Williams, Sr. and Betty Owen Williams and was married to Maggie Mitchell Williams. He was a member of the Local Carpenter's Union at SRS where he worked as a carpenter and a security officer. Johnny was a member of the D.A.V. Aiken Chapter and attended The Church of God in Williston. Johnny enjoyed riding motorcycles and often rode in Poker Runs to benefit others. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Cold War and was stationed in Germany.

Survivors include his loving wife of the home, Maggie Williams; his daughters, Elizabeth Denice (Derek) Byrd of Aiken, SC, Olivia Betty Angelique Williams of Williston, SC and Toni Gabrielle Williams of Williston, SC; his daughter-in-law, Tracy Malissa Abner Williams; grandchildren, Jeremiah L. Williams, Anthony Stroman, Ja'Don Stroman, Lennell Stroman III, Armani Byrd, MaShalla Stroman, Isis Cuthbertson and Naomi Cuthbertson; great grandchildren, Aaliyah Williams and two step great grandchildren; a brother, David (Candy) Williams of Waycross, GA; sister-in-law, Rose Mary Williams, along with a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, John Henry Williams, III; a brother, Michael Williams and a sister-in-law, Becky Williams.
