In memory of John W. Younger, Jr - a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He passed peacefully on January 12, 2025. He was born on May 8, 1945 in High Point, NC to John W. Younger, Sr and Anne Brown Younger, both deceased.
He is survived by his son Tony Younger and daughter Shanda Younger Robertson (spouse David). He has 2 granddaughters, Megan Younger Sneathen and Lexi Robertson Ownley (spouse Marvin); 3 great-grandchildren, James Sneathen and Merritt and Kamdyn Ownley. He is also survived by a sister, Vickie Hanson.
Mr. Younger was in the U.S Navy and then had his own business doing brick masonry until he retired.
A memorial gathering will be held at 3908 Briarwood Avenue, High Point 27265 on Thursday, January 16, 2025, floating from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. All family and friends invited to attend. The family is accepting flowers at the service if you would like to send them.
