Rock Hill, South Carolina - Ms. Johnnie Baxter, Visitation will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6p.m. til 8p.m. at Parker Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Barber Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Parker Funeral Home.
