Johnnie Lee Lashley Jr., 55, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025. Johnnie was a devout Christian, devoted family man, and avid UK Basketball fan. He could always be found cleaning his truck, motorcycle, or talking smack about sports, especially UK Basketball. Johnnie will truly be missed by anyone who knew him.
He was born on July 9, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky to Johnnie and Joan (Lewis) Lashley. He is preceded in death by his Father, Johnnie Lee Lashley, Sr. and Daughter, Amanda Lashley.
Johnnie is survived by his loving family, Mother, Joan Marie Lashley; Grandchildren, Mariah Nelson, Chase Fischer, Carter Fischer, and Serenity Fischer; Sister, Lori (Billy) Heilman; Nephews, William Heilman, III and Dustyn Heilman, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory forever.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 5:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
The family requests that contributions in Johnnie’s memory be made to American Cancer Society.
