Johnny Royce Crew

Johnny Royce Crew, 18, was born on June 1, 2007, in Humble, Texas, and passed away on December 20, 2025. Johnny will be remembered for his love of family, the outdoors, and the simple joys of life.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Crew; his grandmothers, Hilda Crew and Margaret Allen; and his sister, Wendy Crew. He is survived by his loving mother, Amanda Allen; his siblings, Elizabeth Crew, Melony Crew, Hayden Crew, Tyler, and Skyla; and his grandfather, Royce Allen. Johnny is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly and who knew him affectionately as "Uncle Bubba." These include nieces Raven Massoth, Blakelynn Cogburn, and Amber Cogburn, and nephews Aiden Massoth, Maverick Massoth, Stetson Aguilar, and Kayce Meamber. Johnny is further survived by his aunts and uncles: Janet Crew, Chad Hare, Lyndsie Scott, Kelli Teeters, Calvin Crew, Terry Crew, Penny Crew, Charlie Crew, Kathy Lyons, and Mary Crew. Johnny loved anything outdoors and enjoyed hunting, playing pool, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed Coors Light and had a strong love for the game of football. Johnny graduated from Groveton High School and made lasting memories with those who knew him. Visitation will be held on December 28, 2025, beginning at 3:00 p.m., followed by services at 4:00 p.m. at Groveton Funeral Home. Johnny's life touched many hearts, and his memory will live on through the love of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
