Johnny Preston Faw, 85, of Bluefield, WV passed away on January 7th, 2026 at his residence.
Born on October 4th, 1940 in Montcalm, WV he was the son of the late Tam Sr. and Virgina (Jenny) Faw. Johnny served in the US Marines and was a retired coal miner of 38 years and a member on the UMWA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Jimmie Faw and Tam Faw Jr.
Johnny is survived by his wife Jo Ann Quesinberry Faw and their children Johnny Faw Jr of Dalton, GA, Steven Faw of Kernsville, NC, and Lisa Davis (Mark) of Bluefield, WV; his Sisters Norma Jean Faw Taylor of Maryland and Joyce Ann Faw Belcher of Rock, WV; as well as 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren with another 1 on the way.
In accordance with his wishes there will not be a service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home of Bluefield, WV is proud to serve the Faw family.
