John was a bright light and inspiration to all of those he touched. He was an extra special friend for 30+ years. Our thoughts and prayers are with Julie, Michelle, Brittany and all in the family!!

Julie, I pray that knowing the positive impact Johnny had on so many will give you and your family peace. He leaves quite a legacy. My heart is with you.

John was a friend from the YMCA & will be so greatly missed. Always there for an upbeat conversation & willing to connect others to widen the social circle. He made his mark on us!

I just heard the news or I would have been there today .. I was crazy about John .. he was so charismatic and friendly and kind .. He loved his family so much .. He will be missed greatly by all that knew him

I´ve known John for many many years. Taught me in Sunday school at Bluegrass Baptist Church. He influenced the youth there to know Jesus Christ as their savior. I loved him for his smile , wittiness and love for all people. There are so many wonderful things John did in his life to leave this earth in better shape than he found it. I will greatly miss you John. Praying for Julie , Michelle and Brittany and the family. May God´s Holy Spirit comfort y´all in this time. Rejoice in knowing that Jesus was holding John´s hand when he left this world.

A Few Good Men left in This Ole World and John Haley was one of Them !!! Lovingly in The Hands of Thy Father So close your eyes and let the waters take him home !

My sympathies go out to John´s family. John was a great man and very helpful friend in life and business. He was very insightful and a pleasure to talk to about either one. I had many awesome talks with him at the Y and Corner Pub. He´ll be greatly missed.
