Johnny Earl Stanfield, age 63, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 9, 1961, in Tarpon Springs, Florida to Leslie Eugene and Nellie Jane Boyd Stanfield and had lived in Glennville most of his life.
Johnny was not only a dedicated mechanic by profession but also a man whose passions extended far beyond his trade.
Known for his vibrant personality, Johnny loved spending time with his family, cherishing moments that formed the foundation of warmth and connection that would define his life. He was deeply devoted to his loved ones and found joy in sharing experiences with them, whether they were simple everyday activities or special occasions.
In addition to his commitment to family, Johnny had a strong affinity for the great outdoors. His hobbies included fishing and hunting, pursuits that allowed him to connect with nature and enjoy the tranquil beauty of his surroundings. On quiet evenings, he could be found watching westerns, a genre that fueled his adventurous spirit. In the world of sports, he was an avid NASCAR fan, with Dale Earnhardt holding a special place in his heart as his favorite driver.
