In addition to their parents, Jolene and Caroline are survived by two siblings Wesley Hitz and Audree Gladfelter; grandparents Joseph and Lisa Smith, and Steve and Anita Hitz.
Services will be held at the convenience of their family and friends at Mary, Gate of Heaven Catholic Church in Myerstown on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 1pm.
