Jon Parker Obituary
His stepfather, Jack Fredicks, was an important person in Jon's life, teaching him the value and importance of hard work. After retiring from the US Government, he enjoyed riding and tinkering with his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and assisting boy scout camp at Cove Creek, where he would help instill life skills to each child. He also enjoyed Mountain Men Rendezvous.
He married the love of his wife, Lisa, in July, they celebrated 50 years of marriage, she survives along with two children, Jon Parker and wife, Lisa, and April Parker. They were the proud grandparents of Rhys and Jakob Robbins. Also surviving are his siblings, Susan Gibbs, Debbie Parker, Rick Parker, and Jack Fredricks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, one brother, and one granddaughter, Sean Parker.
No services are planned at this time.
Cremation Arrangements are entrusted with Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
