It is with great sorrow we prepare to say not so much "goodbye" but "rest in peace" to Jonas. While he is gone he will never be forgotten and our hope and, indeed, our comfort is we will be with him again.
I see him constantly in the faces of his three handsome and talented sons. I laugh often with Cindy about shared memories of him as part of our family.
We were not ready to lose him but seek comfort that he is in a better place free of illness and pain. He is now reunited with Donald and Norma Berwick; Robert and Opal Webb; Michael and Bill Webb plus countless others who have gone before.
We are grateful to our friends at Crowell Brothers for the care they have always given in tending to our loved ones and our family in our times of grief and loss.
Jonas, we pray you have gone gently into that dark night until we see you again. When we look at the night sky, we will see you in the stars. I hope there are motorcycles in heaven. I know there are dogs. Lots of beloved dogs.
