Jonathan Cole Braddock, affectionately known as JC, passed away on Saturday, May 10th, leaving behind a legacy of adventure, creativity, and love. JC embraced life with a free spirit, finding joy in skateboarding, bicycling, and playing musical instruments. His passion for music and movement brought energy to everyone around him.
Throughout his journey, JC was blessed with the unwavering support from his mother, Rosa, who encouraged and celebrated his passions, cheering him on through every event and adventure he pursued. Her love and devotion allowed JC to embrace life wholeheartedly, knowing he had a constant source of strength in her.
One of his favorite places was out on the lake, riding jet skis alongside his father, where he felt the thrill of the open water and the warmth of shared memories. The lake is also where many family memories were made and life-long connections with his nieces and nephew were built. JC's radiant and infectious smile could brighten any room, lifting the spirits of those around him.
JC is survived by his loving parents, John and Rosa Braddock; his sister, Brandi Bennett, and her husband, John; as well as his cherished nieces and nephew, Brooke, Jaden, and Ben. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever live on in the memories of those who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 14th, at Coker Funeral Home in Jacksboro, Texas, followed by funeral services at 2:00 pm. JC will be laid to rest at Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson, Texas, after the service.
His family invites all who knew JC to celebrate his life and remember the joy he brought to others.
