Jonathan H. Clabuesch, 40 years, of Hamtramck, Michigan, formerly of Pigeon, (Sand Point) Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in his home.
Born September 14, 1984 in Bay City, Michigan, Jon was the son of Henry J. Clabuesch and Diane Coleman Lyon. Jon grew up in Caseville Township. He attended Cross Lutheran School and was a 2003 graduate of Caseville High School. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Valparaiso University in Indiana.
Jon worked for Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, Arizona.
Jon enjoyed water sports, especially water skiing.
Jon is survived by his father, Henry J. Clabuesch of Sand Point, and his mother, Diane (Rick) Lyon of Bay City. Aunts: Mary (Clare Tigchelaar) Harger and Julie LaCombe.
Jon was preceded in death by grandparents: Wendolin (Doc) and Gertrude Clabuesch and Lawrence and Celeste Coleman.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am followed by a memorial service celebrating Jon's life at 11:00 at Cross Lutheran Church, 200 Ruppert St., Pigeon, Michigan, 48755.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Cross Lutheran School or Narcotics Anonymous.
Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, Michigan, 48161, is assisting Jon's family with funeral arrangements
