Jonathan David Ester

Jonathan David Ester, born on December 10, 1985, and taken from us too soon on October 1, 2025, leaves behind a legacy marked by creativity, kindness, and a dedication to his passions. He was deeply cherished by many who were fortunate to know him.

As the designer and owner of Martin City Paintball Park in Kansas City, MO, Jonathan showcased not only his entrepreneurial spirit but also his artistic flair. His career as the assistant superintendent at Falcon Ridge Golf Club in Lenexa, KS, allowed him to express his love for golf. He always enjoyed any opportunity he had to golf. He found joy in capturing the beauty of sunrises on the course through his photography, reflecting his deep appreciation for nature’s wonders and his skill as a photographer.

Jonathan’s kind and gentle nature touched the lives of those around him. He was known for his positive attitude and uplifting presence, embodying a spirit that drew people in and made them feel valued. His talents extended beyond business and into art and photography; he was a gifted painter and artist who found fulfillment in creating.

An avid lover of the great outdoors, Jonathan spent many cherished moments camping, canoeing and fishing with his Uncle Cliff, activities that brought him immense joy and tranquility.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Patricia Ester, his aunt Carol (Cliff) Parmer, along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his father, Rodney Ester.

Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Jonathan during a visitation on November 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, MO. It is during this time that we can come together to celebrate the life of a remarkable man who will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
