Jonathan Peralta Leon, 16, passed on November 3, 2024 in Fort Pierce.
Jonathan was born in Port St Lucie, Florida on November 1, 2008 to Juan Peralta & Maria Leon.
Jonathan was a sophomore at Westwood High School in Fort Pierce, Florida. Jonathan loved fishing, soccer, boxing and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his parents Maria and Juan of Fort Pierce, FL; sisters Johanna and Michelle of Fort Pierce; grandparents Juan Peralta of Mexico, Domingo Leon and Dominga Mendez of Fort Pierce, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Eva Sanchez Molina.
Services: A visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 11–12:30 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A mass will be held same day at Centro Pastoral San Juan Diego. Burial to follow at White City Cemetery.

Precediendole en muerte su abuelita Eva Sanchez Molina.
Servicios: Una visitacion se llevara a cabo el Viernes, 8 de Noviembre, 2024 de 11-12:30 PM en Haisley Funeral Home de Fort Pierce. Una misa religiosa el mismo dia en el Centro Pastoral San Juan Diego, para concluir con la cristiana sepultura en White City Cemetery.
