Survivors: In addition to his wife, Rosaura, he is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Rose Picart, Wendy Rose Leon; grandchildren, Xavier Picart, Eric Anthony Matias, Isabella Rose Matias; several brothers and sisters and a large extended family.
Services: A private celebration of Angel's life will be held at a later date at the convenience of his family. Arrangements are entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.

Bendicion papi, I love and miss you so much! Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. Today makes 1 month since you left us, but it feels like just yesterday. I close my eyes and see you. I wish you were still here with us. Your memory will continue to live within us. We will never forget you and my kids will continue to see and hear your voice through our memories. I still can't believe you are flying high now and you're now our guardian angel. Continue to watch over us papi and show us signs that you're here with us. Until we meet again! See you later I love you with my whole heart and soul. Rest in paradise papi

Papi I miss you so much! I still can't believe you're gone. You were such a great dad and wello and husband. You were loved my many. We will never forget you, you will continue to live in our hearts and souls. Please come visit us everyday. I was and will always be daddy's girl. Heaven has gained another angel. I know you were welcomed into heaven with open arms. May you rest in paradise papi! Bendicion I love you and watch over us always fly high in heaven
