Dorothy L. Leon 83, of Mahoning St., Milton passed away on February 28, 2026. Born in Milton on November 21, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Korber A. (Walburn) Walls. She was married on September 20, 1958 to Clarence W. "Chum" Leon who preceded her in death on May 1, 2019.

Dorothy attended Milton Schools, and she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Moose and American Legion in Milton. She loved to garden grow tomatoes and eat tomato sandwiches from her garden. Her greatest joy was spending time loving caring for her family. Whether it was making their clothes, cooking delicious meals, decorating for every holiday, or fixing whatever needed repaired, Dorothy was always there. With her husband she never missed a little league game, or an opportunity to babysit. She was happiest being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved life and the people she shared it with.

She is survived by three daughters Crystal D. Diehl of Milton, Barbara A. Boudman and her husband David of Milton, and Cindy Shrawder and her husband Robin of Milton; five grandchildren John F. Faubion Jr. and his wife Stacy, Robin D. Shrawder Jr, Brian K. Shrawder and his wife Diana, S. Michael Shrawder, and Jennifer S. Faubion; six great grandchildren; David Aikey, Jacob Aikey, Matthew Aikey, Nathan Faubion, Michael Shrawder, and James Shrawder; two brothers, Clarence E. Walls, and Harry Walls, and a sister, Gladys Derick.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son in law, Jack Diehl; and two sisters, Donna Showers, and Debber George.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am on March 18 in Harmony Cemetery, Milton with Pastor Daniel Langan officiating.
