Jonathan Shanks Obituary
Jon worked at Lowen Sign Company for many years. He worked at Gregory Inc. for the past three years. Jon was a person who craved knowledge and loved obtaining new information. He found everything interesting and tried to cultivate a wealth of knowledge on all subjects.
Jon is survived by: sons, Ethan and Wyatt Shanks; parents, Ralph and Lily Shanks; brother, Daniel Shanks; and uncle, David Johnson.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2025, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, with Deacon Todd Ray officiating. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2025, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to the Jonathan Shanks Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501. To benefit the Jonathan Shanks Memorial Fund, please make check payable to Elliott Mortuary.
