A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 2929 Princess Place Dr., Wilmington, NC 28405.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Brandi Thomas of the home; children, Brittany Hall, Faith Thomas and Jessica Thomas all of Wilmington; siblings, Duane Thomas of Greenville and Isiah Thomas of Wilmington; parents, John Thomas, Jr. and Patricia Kemp Thomas and a host of other relatives and friends.

I just heard about Jonathan's passing and my heart sank. I've known Jonathan from work for over 25 or 30 years and know him as one of the most friendly, honest, open and kind people I have ever known. One of the last times I saw him was in Raleigh when he started driving the big trucks and he just smiled and came up and gave me a big hug. Big guy with a big heart, the world needs more like him and I'm saddened to hear he's gone.
