Joni Marie Paul

Joni Paul of Fort Collins passed away peacefully at The Medical Center of the Rockies on January 7th, 2025 at the age of 64.
Joni is survived by her two daughters Amanda (Mandi) Schaefer (Dustin) and Mallory Palmer. Her siblings Jeff Jensen (Stefany), Jennifer Reed (Scott) and Jill Miller (Rob) and her grandchildren Anthony Schaefer, Austin Schaefer, Ashlyn Schaefer and Kennedy Palmer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and one son in law.
Joni was born in Ames, Iowa on March 3rd 1960 to Jerry and Jean Jensen. She graduated from Ames High School in 1978 and married Darrell Holder in 1980. She worked as a scheduling coordinator at McFarland Clinic in Ames for several years. Joni later moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1996 to be close to her mother as her health was failing. Joni was later married to Wayne Paul.
Joni loved her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with each one of them. She enjoyed music, country line dancing, singing karaoke, her dogs and just having a good time.
Joni was beyond proud of her two daughters, four grandchildren and their accomplishments in life.
Funeral service will be Monday January 13, 2025, 11:00am at Viegut Funeral Home.
