Jordan Wayne Atwood, age 39, of Scottsville, passed away on August 15, 2025.
He was the husband to Brandy and father to his beautiful children; Spencer, Jasper, Charlie and Virginia and step father to Kaya and Blake. He is also survived by his parents Jeff and Shannon Atwood, sisters Jenna Arend (Joshua), Savannah Jolly (Cody), Sydney Atwood and Austin Atwood (Broncho Rollins), grandparents Nancy Jo and Jerry Atwood, nieces and nephews; Alex, Ben, Read, A.V., F.E., Shepherd, Liam and Atlas, and furry four-legged family his beloved Winston, Winnie, Roxanne, Bowie, Chia, Kitty Sanchez, Jack-Jack, Sabina, Zeus, and Raiden. Preceding him in death was his grandmother Hannah Crow Ryan and brother-in-law Anthony Tyler Graves.
Jordan proudly served for many years as a dedicated veteran of the United States Army, embodying honor, resilience, and quiet strength. A true outdoorsman at heart, he found deep joy in the stillness of nature – whether hunting, fishing, or cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers. Yet above all, Jordan cherished time spent with those he loved most. His presence was a steady comfort, his laughter a welcome joy, and his absence will be felt deeply by all who knew him.
A time of visitation with family and friends will be Friday August 22, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday August 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son funeral Home.
Memorial Donations may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
