Jordan Ashley Hoecker

Norfolk - Jordan Ashley Hoecker, born on June 2, 1994, in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away peacefully in her hometown on October 8, 2025, at the age of 31. A beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Jordan's departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
A graduate of Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, Class of 2012, Jordan was known for her hardworking, funny, and smart nature. Her kindness and strength were truly inspirational to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jordan possessed a generous and compassionate soul, always willing to lend a helping hand or give the shirt off her back to anyone in need, without ever asking questions.
During her last couple years fighting cancer Jordan dedicated herself to being an amazing stay-at-home mom and homemaker, a role she embraced with love and devotion. Prior to this, she was a familiar face in various restaurants around Virginia Beach where she made many friends and left a lasting impression on those she worked alongside.
Jordan's memory will forever be cherished by her loving parents, Ian Hoecker and Melody Horton, Jordan's fiancé, Jabari Trosper and their precious son, Crue Langston Trosper. She is also survived by her brother, Aidan Hoecker, her stepbrother, Trevor Hawkins, stepsister, Nicole Hawkins, as well as numerous other family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
