Jordan M Mueller

Jordan lived a life of unmitigated zest and joy. Some of her greatest joys in life were talking to Grandma and Papa every single morning, checking in on all her people with her Alexa every day, holding every baby that she possibly could and playing Skip Bo. She loved puzzles and matching cards, Olive Garden and Kaisers and every giraffe she came across, which now stuff every corner of her room.
Her larger-than-life spirit was matched by her compassion and ability to always love and put others first, even when every day was uncomfortable for her in some way. Jordan was the closest thing on this side of heaven that God intended for human beings to be. In her imperfections she was nearly perfect, and so necessary to this world. To know her was to love her, and we are all beyond blessed to have had the privilege of having her in our lives, even for a short time.
She is perfect and whole now, experiencing for the first time in her life a freedom she never knew here on earth, and she is in the loving arms of her maternal grandmother Carol, Aunt Barb and her dearly beloved friend Heather, who all went before her.
We invite you to celebrate Jordan's life with us on January 13 from 11-3 at one of her favorite places, Kaisers Pizza in Gurnee Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Camp Hope. Camp Hope is an overnight camp for children with special needs. They take every child, no matter how extensive their disability (that's a rare thing), and pair them with 24/7 buddies for a week of campfires, swimming, dancing, horseback riding, talent shows and every fun activity you can think of. Jordan attended every summer for 10 years and it was the highlight of her year.
