Jordan Elizabeth Welch, loving daughter and sister, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025 at the age of 30. She was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on May 31, 1995 to parents Christopher S. Welch and Kathleen A. Fuchs (Monsees).
Jordan was our angel in disguise. She was a caring and loving person who spread kindness to all. She touched the lives of everyone she met: family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and even strangers. Jordan was always willing to talk, lend a hand, share a smile, or just listen. Her soul touched our lives in the most beautiful ways, ways that we will never forget.
Jordan's early life was spent in Colorado before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada where she attended elementary through high school. In 2013, Jordan graduated from Shadow Ridge High School, and then attended community college where she studied computer information systems. Her employment opportunities were always in customer service where her personality traits shined. Most recently, she worked in the food service industry as a manager at a local restaurant.
Jordan's dog, Miklo, was her life! She loved that dog so much that she spent every minute she could with him. We can still hear her say, "It's just me and Miklo against the world!" She took him on doggie play dates, bought him toys, and even cooked for him. What a lucky dog!
Jordan enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a great big sister for her siblings - always there to watch over them, cheer them on, and occasionally even take the blame. She had a fun-loving spirit and brought the good vibes everywhere she went. She enjoyed ice hockey, watching movies, playing video games, listening to music, and going to amusement parks.
Jordan is survived by her parents, Kathleen Fuchs, Eric Fuchs, and Christopher Welch. Her siblings Brooke and Austin Fuchs, and her grandparents, Georganna Lee, Linda Welch, Larry Welch, and Andrew Fuchs.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Richard Monsees, Cheryl Sanders, and Fred Sanders.
