Jorge Anthony Wheeler

Jorge Wheeler - lover of family, people, animals, philosophy, physics and really bad sci-fi TV, passed from this earth March 17 with loving family at his bedside. In celebration of his life, we invite you to join us for a gathering in his honor on Saturday, March 31, beginning at 5:00 pm at 625 Mercer Drive, Hermitage, TN. Jorge would like nothing better than us to gather and share memories and laughter. Light fare will be served. There will be a few of his favorite dishes to sample. Among his favorites are Greek, Mexican, and the Southern comfort dishes he grew up eating. Feel free to bring anything you think he would like as well, especially your own bottle. We look forward to seeing those who can attend and will be thinking of those who cannot. Also, please bring a note of your favorite memory of Jorge. These thoughts will be compiled and made available to everyone who would like to have them. We will have a playlist of his favorite tunes playing. Although, if you play an instrument, please bring it with you and play it. He so loved music and was quite the stereo virtuoso himself. Also, we will hold the first and only Jorge Wheeler Classic Pool Tournament, so bring your best cue or select from our prestige offering of well-played sticks. The Tournament will begin at 8:00 with registration on site prior to start time. We hope to see you there and know he will be greatly appreciative of your presence. He is loved by so many.
