Jose G. Ascencio, Eduardo (Yesenia) Ascencio, and Jacqueline (Ricardo) Ascencio.
Also, Caring Partner to Petra Garcia, Loving Father to Sandra Ascencio, Nancy Ascencio and Nelson Rivas.
Cherished Grandfather to Ariana, Camilo, Cecilia, Leilani, and Julianna.
Beloved Son of Celia Huerta and the Late J. Guadalupe Ascencio
Survived by his Loving Siblings, Maria, Celia, Guadalupe, Elisa, Antonio, Guillermo, Rigoberto, Sergio, and the late Arturo.
Also Many Loving Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
Falleció José Manuel Ascencio, quien nació y creció en Josefino de Allende, México, pero emigró a Estados Unidos cuando era adolescente para ayudar a su familia tras el fallecimiento de su padre. Como el hijo mayor, se convirtió en una figura paterna para sus hermanos menores, trabajando incansablemente como operador de máquinas para sostener a su madre y hermanos. A lo largo de su vida, continuó apoyándolos incondicionalmente. José Manuel formó dos hermosas familias propias y deja un legado de amor y dedicación en sus numerosos hijos y nietos. Su partida deja un vacío en los corazones de quienes lo conocieron y amaron. Que descanse en paz.
Friends and Family are invited in sharing your Love and affection on Tuesday April 16, 2024 from 2pm-8pm at the Marin Funeral Home and Cremation Care (2744 W. 51st street in Chicago, IL). A Catholic Prayer service will be held at 6pm.
Funeral Services will continue on Wednesday April 17, 2024. Friends and Family will meet Directly at St. Anthony de Padua Parish (1510 S. 49th Ct. Cicero, IL) for a 10 AM MASS OF CHRISTIAN CELEBRATION.
Afterward, The Funeral Home will proceed back to the Funeral Home For A Private Cremation.
