Jose De Jesus Pena

A life remembered:

Jose De Jesus Peña was born on April 2nd, 1958, in the beautiful town of Talpa de Allende, Jalisco, Mexico. At just 16 years old, he made the courageous decision to move from his hometown, Mirandilla, Jalisco to Los Angeles, CA.

At 25, he married the love of his life and together they built a home filled with love, hard work, and strong family values. Jesus as he liked to be called, was a man of many remarkable qualities. He was kind, loving, selfless, and caring, always placing others' needs before his own.

Family was at the center of his life. He was a devoted husband, a proud father of two daughters, and a beloved grandfather of five.

Though far from his hometown, Jesus never forgot his roots, always supporting his mother and honoring the place that shaped him.

Jesus also found joy in the kitchen. Cooking was his way of showing love whether preparing a simple dish or a full family feast, he made sure no one around him ever went hungry. His meals brought comfort, warmth, and togetherness.

Professionally, Jesus was a very talented painter, who took great pride in his craft. Through determination and hard work, he fulfilled his dream of becoming his own boss founding Pena Coating, LLC and building a reputation of honesty, excellence, and dedication. Jesus's life was a testament of resilience, love and generosity. His legacy lives on in his family, his work, and the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, but always remembered with love.
