He later returned to Texas, obtained a degree from Phoenix University, and worked in the renewable energy industry in Dallas, TX. Jose loved spending time with family and friends and enjoyed new experiences. He liked to listen to country music and loved to eat good Mexican food. Especially his Mother’s cooking. - Jacob
I’m very proud of my dad for all he’s done for my brothers and me. I’m glad I have my dad's taste in food, music, and movies, as well as his love of animals, sports, and the outdoors; he’ll always be with me. - Marco
To the most incomparable dad whose pinky once took up the space of his whole hand, from your toro, your gordo, and your flaquito, even tho we can’t go with you, we will NEVER forget you or take the time we had with you for granted. May you find everlasting peace in your rest.
To our dear papi the most honorable, remarkable father we never had to ask for to raise us, thank you for teaching us how to forgive, how to laugh, for bringing life to our bodies and teaching us your ways of the world you can never be replaced nor forgotten in the hearts of your loved ones we love you more than anything in or beyond this world! We will forever be proud to represent you and pray to live up to everything you’ve worked hard to make possible for us.
I hope these words can encapsulate a sliver of the kind of person, people had the pleasure to meet, and I was lucky to call my papi. He used all of his experiences and circumstances to constantly learn from, remind us and teach us, because he didn’t get to have his father through life, he dedicated himself to being the most valuable papi we could’ve ever had he always taught us a man is nothing without his word and that patience is the only way to get through life. To the man who loved to sing, dance, and constantly move on with grace and dignity. Te amo. Thank you, papi for letting us be kids. Life has been so memorable because of you, and we’d be happy to make 1/4 the impact you’ve had. - Roman & Evan and AJ.
